Jet Pilot Cocktail
Please jet pilots - don't drink this and drive.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Dark rum
- ¾ oz Anejo rum
- ¾ oz Light rum
- 6 dashes Absinthe
- ½ oz Grapefruit juice
- ½ oz lime juice
- ¼ oz Cinnamon simple syrup See instructions below
- ¼ oz Falernum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- ½ cup Crushed ice
- Cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 10 seconds or until you have sufficiently annoyed folks with the loud noise.1 oz Dark rum, 3/4 oz Anejo rum, 3/4 oz Light rum, 6 dashes Absinthe, 1/2 oz Grapefruit juice, 1/2 oz lime juice, 1/4 oz Cinnamon simple syrup, 1/4 oz Falernum, 1 dash Angostura bitters, 1/2 cup Crushed ice
- Pour into Hurricane glass. Garnish with a cherry and enjoy!Cherry for garnish

Notes
To make cinnamon simple syrup -- boil equal parts water and sugar. Simmer for a few minutes with a couple of cinnamon sticks. Take off the heat and leave for 6 hours. All that for 1/4 tsp :-)
