Add 1 sugar cube with a few drops of water and 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters in a mixing glass. Muddle until the sugar dissolves.
Add 2 oz Rye and some ice and stir until cold (about 30 secs).
Strain into an old fashioned glass.
Squeeze a piece of orange peel into drink and then rub around the rim of the glass, and use for garnish.
