The Orchard
This beautiful and delicious cocktail comes direct from Empress 1908 gin - which is made locally by Victoria Distillers. We topped this with the amazing apple cider from Merridale Cider. You will love it - sooooo delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Empress 1908 Gin
- ½ oz Sweet Vermouth
- ¾ oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ¾ oz Rosemary Thyme syrup
- 2 oz Dry apple cider (to top) Keeping with the local theme, we used Merridale Cider's House
Instructions
- Shake ingredients on ice and strain into a chilled Collins glass.
- Top with cider, and garnish with thyme or rosemary and lemon wheel.
