Ultimate Mojito
Ingredients
- 2 oz White rum
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- 1 Lime cut into 8 wedges
- 10-12 Mint leaves
- ¼ cup Soda water
Instructions
- Muddle the rum, limes, mint and simple syrup.
- Add ice and shake until cold.
- Pour into Collins glass and top with soda water.
- Garnish with mint.
