Dirty or Chunky Monkey
THIS is my FAV! I remember this drink from the Villas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta! Chocolate, bananas - full on dessert, so yummy.
Ingredients
- ½ Banana
- 1.5 oz Anejo rum
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- ½ oz Kahlua
- Bit of Banana liqueur (I guess we'll find out tonight what a bit is)
- Bit of Cream of coconut Whisk together equal parts coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. Refrigerate.
- Chocolate syrup For decoration
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients above with 1/2 up of ice until smooth.
- Pour into hurrican glass and decorate with chocolate sauce.
