Ingredients: 1/2 Banana; 1.5 oz Anejo rum; 2 oz Pineapple juice; 1/2 oz Kahlua; Bit of Banana liqueur ((I guess we'll find out tonight what a bit is)); Bit of Cream of coconut (Whisk together equal parts coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk. Refrigerate.); Chocolate syrup (For decoration)

Dirty or Chunky Monkey

THIS is my FAV! I remember this drink from the Villas Vallarta in Puerto Vallarta! Chocolate, bananas – full on dessert, so yummy.
