Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Cognac
  • 1 oz Sweet vermouth We used Esquimalt Wine Company
  • ½ teaspoon Simple syrup
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions
 

  • Shake with ice.
  • Double strain into a cocktail glass – looks like a martini glass.
  • Garnish with orange twist.
