Ingredients
- 2 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth We used Esquimalt Wine Company
- ½ teaspoon Simple syrup
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions
- Shake with ice.
- Double strain into a cocktail glass – looks like a martini glass.
- Garnish with orange twist.
