Vieux Carre Cocktail
Ingredients
- ¾ oz Rye whiskey we used Goldstream Canadian Whiskey
- ¾ oz Cognac
- ¾ oz Sweet vermouth we used Esquimalt Wine Company
- ½ oz Bénédictine Liqueur
- 1 to 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Instructions
- Shake with ice.
- Double strain into short old fashioned glass with big old ball of ice.
