Ingredients
  

  • ¾ oz Rye whiskey we used Goldstream Canadian Whiskey
  • ¾ oz Cognac
  • ¾ oz Sweet vermouth we used Esquimalt Wine Company
  • ½ oz Bénédictine Liqueur
  • 1 to 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions
 

  • Shake with ice.
  • Double strain into short old fashioned glass with big old ball of ice.
