Jungle Bird
Not only does this one taste great but look how pretty the garnish is!! Looks like a bird… love it.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Dark rum
- ¾ oz Campari
- 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
- ½ oz Freshly squeezed lime juice
- ½ oz Simple syrup
- Pineapples wedge and leaves for garnish
- Maraschino cherry for garnish
Instructions
- Pour the rum, juices and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until cold.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass with a single large ice cube (we have those fancy round ones that John found).
- Garnish with pineapple wedge suited up with pineapple leaves and cherry making it look like a fancy bird.
