Gingersnap Martini
This delicious martini tastes just like the best gingersnap cookies I've ever had! You'll love it
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pear Vodka 4 pears in 1 cup vodka, seal in a jar and let sit for a week
- 1 oz Amaretto
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ¼ oz Molasses
- Pinch Allspice
- Pinch Cloves
- Pinch Cinnamon
- 2 ⅛ inch rounds of fresh Ginger
Instructions
- Muddle ginger, spices, molasses and simple syrup.
- Add pear vodka and amaretto and shake with ice until cold.
- Double strain into chilled martini glass with a cinnamon sugar rim.
- Garnish with candied ginger.
