Gingersnap Martini

This delicious martini tastes just like the best gingersnap cookies I've ever had! You'll love it
Servings 1 Drink


  • 2 oz Pear Vodka 4 pears in 1 cup vodka, seal in a jar and let sit for a week
  • 1 oz Amaretto
  • ½ oz Simple Syrup
  • ¼ oz Molasses
  • Pinch Allspice
  • Pinch Cloves
  • Pinch Cinnamon
  • 2 ⅛ inch rounds of fresh Ginger


  • Muddle ginger, spices, molasses and simple syrup.
  • Add pear vodka and amaretto and shake with ice until cold.
  • Double strain into chilled martini glass with a cinnamon sugar rim.
  • Garnish with candied ginger.
