Mexican Hot Chocolate (spiked)

Pure hot chocolatey heaven! So delicious – the hot peppery spice makes it not too sweet, just perfect.
Servings 1 Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 1 litre whole milk
  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 oz bittersweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1 tsp Powdered cinnamon
  • tsp ground nutmeg
  • tsp Cayanne pepper we used chipotle pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 oz Bourbon
  • 1 oz Baileys
  • Whipped cream and sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Put all ingredients except alcohol and whipped cream in a large pot.
  • Heat slowly stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted and everything is blended.
  • Transfer to glass. Add Bourbon and Baileys and top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
