Red Wine Sangria

Servings 1 Pitcher


  • 1 bottle red wine Pinot Noir we used 1 bottle Nk’Mip Cellars Pinot Noir
  • ½ cup of Brandy
  • ¼ cup of Cherry Liqueur
  • 2 cups of cherry juice
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 cups of fresh fruit we used cherries, raspberries and blueberries
  • Gingerale
  • 3 cinnamon sticks


  • Combine fruit with the brandy, the liqueur.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours covered.
  • Add the wine, cherry juice and the lemon juice, stir and fill glasses with ice.
  • Fill 3/4 way up with wine mixture.
  • Top with gingerale and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
