Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 8 oz Fresh sliced strawberries We got ours at Silver Rill Corn
- 1-1.5 oz Strawberry simple syrup 1 cup strawberries, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar – muddle strawberries in sugar water, bring to boil then simmer for 15-20 mins,
- 2.5 oz White rum
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
- Pour into blender and blend (pulse)
- Pour into glass with a lime sugar rim.
- Garnish with strawberries.
