Rosemary Gimlet
Ingredients
- 2 oz vodka
- ¾ oz rosemary simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- ice as needed
- soda water optional
- 1 fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions
- To serve on the rocks: combine the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
- Fill shaker with ice.
- Stir until condensation forms on the outside of the shaker.
- Fill a rocks glass with ice, then pour the cocktail over the ice.
- Top with soda water.
- Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
