Rosemary Gimlet

Servings 1 Drink


  • 2 oz vodka
  • ¾ oz rosemary simple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • ice as needed
  • soda water optional
  • 1 fresh rosemary sprig for garnish


  • To serve on the rocks: combine the vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker.
  • Fill shaker with ice.
  • Stir until condensation forms on the outside of the shaker.
  • Fill a rocks glass with ice, then pour the cocktail over the ice.
  • Top with soda water.
  • Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
